Extra effort I needed a new tire as they noticed a bulge in mine. Did not have in stock, but searched to find one so I didn't have to return

My sons first car. Courtney was a Godsend. Got taken care of berry professionally. Courtneystuck by my son and I, and made sure we got every thing we wanted. I really appreciateed everythinghe did to make our experience a memorable one.
Recall Repair I hate going to the dealer for warranty work or a recall. The 2010 Hyundai Accent I just bought from an individual had an open recall. I was told the repair would take 1.5 hours plus .5 hour for a car wash. I had a 7:30 am appointment but I got there at 7:15. I was greeted by Bobbie Adkins and she took my car back immediately. I was out of there at 8 am! Bobbie was awesome and it's a beautiful dealership. Amazing experience.
