Great price, great experience! I had spent hours searching online over a two- week period and had visited many dealerships. We drove four and a half hours to Bob Stallings because of the prices I saw online. There were no surprises when we got there. They had very good prices but they were also very professional and the overall experience was great!
Prepaid Maintenance Advertised Overall, GM Brian Heiser's attempts to reconcile the problems I’ve experienced makes the truth hurt less. On top of a mountain of deceptive business practices I experienced at purchase and over 1 year of ownership/services/maintenances where coverage was included, now they won’t replace the air and fuel filters as advertised in the prepaid maintenance package. Tisk tisk tisk.

Worst experience ever!! Customer service and general manager are more concerned with rating than customer service. My Hyundai is a good solid car. My experience with this dealer is probably going to convince me to sell it and get some other brand.

Failed HMA promotion of FREE $50 Gift card I made an appointment and went to the dealership to have a test drive last Saturday, but I couldn’t get a service after waiting for almost an hour. I don’t know the exact reason why, but I clearly noticed that I was not given any priority based neither on the “appointment” nor the first-come-first-serve basis. Enjoyed the buying process greatly. Picked out my car online. Showed up, everything was waiting for me. In and out. Great people that communicated with me through the entire process. Highly recommend to everyone. Also they offer a great valet service that I used to get the windows tinted. They picked up my car, left me with a car and after the service they dropped off my car and left. All at no charge.

Customer Great service today! I needed an estimate on a repair and the rep came by to let me know it was something they could go ahead and fix. I didn't know if it was covered or not but they assured me it was covered and they went ahead and fixed it. I only went for a oil change. That was great service!!!
