Customer Great service today! I needed an estimate on a repair and the rep came by to let me know it was something they could go ahead and fix. I didn't know if it was covered or not but they assured me it was covered and they went ahead and fixed it. I only went for a oil change. That was great service!!!
Transition Specialist/FWISD The customer service was excellent , my car runs great and the customer service rep explained what was happening to my car and what I was doing to it ( teachable moment ).. and as always my car came back looking spanking brand new like I bought it off the showroom floor.
A great experience My experience at Bob Stallings is always great. First I've been coming for service which is hands down exceptional, but I recently found out that the current vehicle from a different dealership I was in; was a bad egg. Register my mpg for rebate Your new Service Manager, Stephanie Benson was very helpful. I had been to Service Center 2 times this year already for my mpg reading for rebate and never received the rebate. She read the odometer and made sure it was received by corporate and gave me a a receipt.
