Will was great... Great service on my ac repair on my Accent. Will scheduled me in and I was out of the shop 15 minutes early. The bill was 200 dollars cheaper than quoted. Great job.
Ignore the pretty tire sidewalls on used cars Bought a 2018 Hyundai Elantra with 32000 miles. Brought tires to attention at time of purchase, and was told to bring to the attention of amservice manager when returning for first oil change. Service.manager told me I was concerned over nothing, the tires were fine. 2 weeks later, sidewall of passenger front blows due to excessive dry rot.. spent $124 to replace at Ross tire in Central. My service advisor, Will Jones, was great. The question below asks about the dealer; no problem there. My issue is with Genesis, Inc., and its inability to repair my car and unwillingness to replace a malfunctioning computer module, which seems to malfunction only for me, never for them, even though they kept my car for almost a month and drove it often. After picking the still unrepaired car today, I experience the malfunction four times in the six-mile trip home.
