Good Service Department and Sales! I purchased a Hyundai Genesis from Bob Stallings Hyundai several months ago. I recently came in for my first service, which was free. The first oil change was done quickly. Sabrina in the service department was very busy but very attentive. I appreciated all of the smiling faces that work at Bob Stallings Hyundai. The donuts were also a nice touch!
The best Dealer in Customer Service I took my son to buy his first new car and was welcomed with open arms. I have never experienced such great service and attention from any dealer. Most want just to sell you a car, but not here. They want you to be satisfied 100% so you can become like one of their family. Latasha is the salesperson that took care of us. AutoMax Norman, OK I had a great car buying experience. The dealer stuck with the numbers and car we had agreed to over the internet. He had the vehicle prepared and ready when we arrived. The sales person was very helpful, responding to a few questions I had the next day. Everyone was very professional and I am recommending this dealership to my family and friends.
Out of State Purchase I recently purchased a new car from this dealer. I am out of state so it was all done over the phone. I dealt with a few people during the purchase process, I am very pleased with the overall customer service and professionalism of the staff as they went above and beyond my expectations.
