Great salesman! I was shopping around for a new Hyundai Veloster Turbo and came across the last one I could find that was a color other than silver or black and didnt have any extra options. Matthew Merrell was extremely helpful and a very sweet and down to earth guy with a huge jovial personality. He didnt pressure me into anything and let me take as much time as I needed. His customer service is superior to any experience ive ever had and while the process could have been a little smoother, I can't complain overall.

Painless and Efficient Purchase I was able to purchase the car I wanted at the price I wanted to pay without ever having to visit the dealership. The car was brought to me for a test drive, and then again when it was delivered. The transaction was handled professionally and without any hassles whatsoever. The maintenance will be handled the same. When needed or due, a car will be brought to me when they pick mine up for service. What a convenient way to do business.

Great Facility, Great Salesman Ron Get salesman Ron and financing manager Warren. Dealership found perfect match I was looking for. Intentions was to buy new but bought a used with less than 9,000 miles saving over 6k. I am definitely going to buy another one from there for my other daughter.

Services I always have issues with the service department. I can never call to speak with someone and have my issues address. It's always, I will have someone to call you back. 1 hour and still no return call. I guess that would explain the turn over in the service department. I'm very unhappy with this service department. If there was a closer department, I would take my car there for service.
