Bob Rohrman is no friend of mine. I bought and paid for the car, had the temporary tag in my hand and then find out that the car was already sold. The only reason for the one star rating is that they were nice enough to drive me home after I was dropped off. They promised a fix and delivered a car of lesser value just trying to poo poo me. What ever. Now, when ever I hear the comercial on the radio all I can do is laugh. "Oh Bob Rohrman is a good friend of mine".... Not cool!
Terrible service at Bob Rohrman ford. Went for an oil change. Drove into the bay nobody greeted me. Finally found someone they told me someone would be within in a few minutes. 15 minutes later still no helped. Pulled out and parked went to the service desk. Told the same thing. Pulled into the bay waited another 15 minutes. Left and went to another service center.
We were looking at cars online and found one at bob rohrman in Lafayette, In. We talked to salesman and was told there were no service engine lights on. So we drove 2 hours to buy the car, when we got there and drove car there indeed was a service engine light on. We were told they would send it in to service department and check it over. We went ahead back home, again 2 hours home and waited. We were called and told that they fixed the problem which was a problem with the turbo. Ok so here is my story take it for what its worth.... I got to the point i needed to find another vehicle. wife said i was driving junk and needed something reliable. I spent weeks searching for something to fit our budget (which is not very big) and managed to stumble across a 2010 mustang at Rohrman's... after my wife talked to the salesman over it she found out it had a terrible car fax and it was at schaumberg ford in IL. Went to Bob rohrmans 14/69 auto mall Fort Wayne indiana a little over a month ago got a used toyota truck and find out that the front wheel bearings are out on both sides, over $1000 repair. Dealt with Rob the sales manager and he reviewed my paperwork and said that they we're going to make it right and fix it for us. Couldn't believe how amazing he was at helping us. I would buy another vehicle from them in a heartbeat, well done Rob at Bob Rohrmans, well done!
