I will never buy a car from them again. The sales person I worked with an test drove cars with was absolutely phenomenal but when I started to make a deal the guy running the numbers and the manager were horrible to work with. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! My Infiniti Q50S was under the factory powertrain warranty and it was a certified used car on top of that. Brought it in because I heard a noise, they tell me I need a new engine?!?! It only had 55,000 miles on it! All services were done on schedule and at Fort Wayne Infiniti. And then tell me that it's not covered because of aftermarket parts. I would not give them even one star,, So, here it goes 02/16/2019 my husband and I went to Bob Rohrman in Lafayette IN. We had 3000.00 to put down on a used car. We found a 2015 Ford Explore for 22.000 after our down payment by math it would have been 19.000. I would give them a no star. My experience with Bob Rohrman Toyota of Lafayette. I bought a used car on Monday February 18, 2019. Three days later on February 22 the engine light comes on, I contact them and the sales Manager, Drew V****, tells me to bring the car in so I do, only to find out they want to charge me to have service department look at it. NEGATIVE STAR RATING. DO NOT TRUST ANY "ROHRMAN" DEALERSHIP. For decades, they have been practicing illegal and unethical business practices. They are out and out liars and thieves when it comes to selling or purchasing a vehicle. Horrible service, baught a 2014 ram truck find out my tires are balding and take it to a real dealership they ask me did they do a certified inspection on this before you baught it? So at the tent sale my son bought a used 2008 Chrysler 300 car from you and 3 months later it blew up and there wasn't any warranty on it and now that we have purchased another remand block it also wasn't any good and the rod in the bottom was bad. So we can get another block but have to pay for the labor. Crappy cars
Take care when purchasing a used car from Indy Hyundai. It is with mixed feelings that I write a somewhat sour review from this dealership. Incredibly horrible people to deal with they have a GM in Gurnee Illinois who physically threatened to me I am a female by the way 65 years old I have left several voicemails to upper management in the Rohrman group there's been no response I have handwritten letters to the director of operations no response I have called countless times the Rohrman group corporate no response this all stems from Gurnee Hyundai being paid twice for a repair and not refunding the money it's amazing how these people can be in business with thi... read more
