Agreed to purchase a 2018 **** Wrangler from **** ***** Sales Manager at *** Rohrman Indy Hyundai for $32,000.00 in writing via email. I agreed to the deal and asked him to send me an invoice so I could pay for the car, he wrote the next day saying "I have a higher offer and I need $500 more plus a bunch of fees, and sorry but I gotta make more money" Total lying **** bag move and ******* USED CAR DEALER. I WOULD NOT ********* DOING ******** WITH **** ***** or *** Rohrman Hyundai as they DO NOT HONOR ***** WORD!!!
Very disappointed after purchasing a 2018 Acura RDX from Arlington Acura. I have made several phone calls and left messages with the sales person, couldn’t leav a message with sales mgr because his/her voice mail box was full. Also left v/m with their GM and have yet to get a call back. Reason being was I was charged for extras that I was unaware of and was never brought up during the sales negotiations. We sold our car to Bob Rohrman via KBB Instant Cash offer. It's been 12 days since they took possession of the car and still no check for payment. When inquiring they said they would overnight it. That was 4 days ago. Follow ups call and emails have gotten no response as to an update. Bad business practices all the way around.
Sales person , Gage, and sales manager Jordan Wilson were hospitable, direct, and informative. Danielle was professional and patient. J. D******* in the finance office came through! I believe the lady coordinating my purchase was Cherie. One (1) star rating is way too generous. **WORST Customer Service Ever** My wife and I flew from Atlanta, Ga to Fort Wayne Toyota in IN, to purchase a truck and drive it back to Atlanta. The (Manager) was very unprofessional and disrespectful - we did not feel welcome. Everything everyone is saying here.. I’ve been dealing with Lafayette dealership, same things. No matter what, you cannot get hold of the person you need to talk to about whatever problem you have. BAD BUSINESS. I’m going into the dealership in person and giving them one more chance to make it right. I will announce to every customer in there to check out BBB before you purchase a vehicle from Bob Rohrman auto group. Obviously this covers the entire company, every location.
I agree one star is too much for this company. I contacted them regarding a 2010 Honda Odyssey with 141,000 miles listed at 7500 it showed they had to see if it was available. I also asked about a title issue listed in the information. A representative from this BOB Rohrman Auto Group...the Fort Wayne Toyota, Lexus, Kia location, contacted me to let me that it had sold earlier. Let me preface by stating that my husband and I are both college graduates, have good credit and attend church and volunteer in our community regularly.
