All you have to do is read all these other reviews and know they are not making this stuff up. Buying a car from B.R. was a bad call. The sales rep ***** know anything, coming from a line of mechanics I know quite a bit of information on vehicles. The customer service when there is an issue is the worst I have ever dealt with. Voicemail boxes are full or they dont return phone calls. Absolute nightmare. Its enough to make you not care for the new car you purchased.

Never step foot into ******** Wayne and run from *** entirely. *** sells lemons and scams you with a recall letter to trick you into going to a dealer just to be told whatever is wrong with your vehicle is customer responsibility. They will then try to charge you an outrageous diagnostic service fee at the dealership just for bringing it in. They wont tell you about the charge until after they look at the car.Thats just the first time they tried to scam me. Now Ive had to waste my time with this specific dealershi... read more

I have been a *** Rohrman Toyota Service customer for more than seven years. I will never set foot in this facility again effective today 7/19/2021. On July 14, I took my 2012 Toyota Camry in for a scheduled oil change, check of other fluid levels, filters and a tire rotation. I hadn't been there long (arrived at 8:08 a.m. for 8:30 appointment) when the service representative came out and said the mechanic had found some issues which he had a printout outlining. Since that quote was given, car sales changed significantly and are demanding higher prices. The *** Rohrman Hyundai website had the vehicle of interest listed with two discounts and a price between 31,000 and less than 32,000. The website had listed this vehicle as having 81 miles on it. I was encouraged by a salesman (**** ********) to come by, and test drive the car. On 7/5/21, around 1:30 pm I arrived at the dealership and parked by what appeared to be the vehicle of interest. Worst ***************!!!*** SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!We have had nothing but problems with this dealership. Terrible terrible customer service. We bought vehicle via internet. We have the vehicle after weeks of calls, texts. But we cant get the title. They will not get back to us. We are not able to register the vehicle. We have reached out over 10 times about getting the title and no one will get back to us. Thats just the tip of the iceberg on all the problems weve had with this dealership.
I purchased *********** on 2/27/21 via internet. I received the vehicle however have yet to receive the title. I inquired several times as to the status of the title for the vehicle and have yet to receive it. My temp tag has now expired. ***** ****** DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!!!
