The 1 star rating is way too generous but I can't give any less. I was in an accident and the insurance company said it was a total loss. Took me 6 weeks just to get the dealership to refund the drivercare and warranty on the vehicle. I started calling them on May 4 and would call 2-3 times a week trying to get this done. They finally did on June 15 when I said I was getting an attorney. I missed out on 2 vehicles I wanted because of them screwing around, which both were on Bob Rohrman lots. Bob Rohrman Subaru has the worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with. They are lazy and lack any knowledge. I would never recommend them to anyone. Falcone is the place to go for all Subaru needs!
I have been here six times for oil changes (free, otherwise I would never come back!), and have yet to have a good experience, Oil changes take up to two hours! This last time (06/01/2020) they performed $500 worth of unnecessary service (Kia does not recommend this service interval) WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION. I brought my car in for my free oil change and they took it upon themselves to do all of this extra work, and then forced me to pay for it. I only gave 1 star because I had to. I had been taking my car to the Kia service center in Lafayette IN because I thought I had to in order to keep my warranty good. I finally got fed up the last time after being told I needed a $400 battery and being told I need $1500 of other work on a 2 year old car, that I decided to go elsewhere to get my oil changed. Bob Rohrman Hyundai Genesis is the worst experience I've ever had. We purchased a vehicle, and two months later learn that they sold us the wrong vehicle. They gave us a full loan on a VIN number that they don't even own. For two months, we drove around in an uninsured vehicle because they sold us the wrong car. They said it was certified preowned, and then it needed brakes immediately, so it clearly wasn't certified. Wish I can give 0 stars to the piece of poop dealership. Sold me a car with MULTIPLE issues after taking it to another certified mechanic. Called the location in Schaumburg IL, and they told me nothing is wrong with the car, and to basically bring it in and waste my time and their not going to do anything about it. GUYS LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS, do not come here, I wish I listened.
The Salesman was very quick and slick with all of his wording and made everything sound so nice to me. At the time I didn't think anything of it other than he was happy to be able to make a sale. I noticed a very loud ticking sound and was reassured that it was a common lifter sound in this specific motor. Do not trust them!! The salesperson we worked with was fantastic; however, the person we worked with in the finance department was fraudulent. He told me he had secured a specific finance rate, he changed that on the paperwork to a higher rate and did not say a word to me about the change. When I called to ask for an explanation, I could not get in contact with him or his manager. This is highly unethical and he should be fired immediately. RUN from this dealership.
Do not patronize this dealership! They have terrible customer service, are very rude and disrespectful, and they have caused damage to my vehicle. I wish I could post the voicemail that was left by one of their managers.... since the damage no one will return my phone calls and when asked for a corporate number, they claim to not know it or do not have one. I had to contact the Honda dealership to get any information. Save yourself time, money, and a ton of frustration and go to another Hyundai dealer!!
