Our dealer in Madison, IN had talked to the sale mgr last evening and had made a deal on the 2016 Kia Sorento PK2051. It was to be picked up Monday. Today the sales mgr called and said the vehicle was sold. How does that happen, especially after we agreed to purchase car at asking price with only one key and 4,000 more miles than advertised. Parts and Service are not up to par.. I purchased a new to me Kia Sorento from the Honda dealership. I’ve had it a month when I decide to activate my Sirius XM. It would not work no matter what trouble shooting I tried. I took it into Honda where I bought it they said we know nothing about Kia you need to take it to them. I did and made an appt for today. So happy with my purchase. The guys told me We would get it done and sure enough they followed they after being turned down else where. Thank you again for getting me my new Sportage.
Purchased a car with 5900 Miles never titled. Tires are all dry rotted and although the warranty says see your dealer for free replacement of anything 25% or less - worn, They wont do anything! I would avoid this dealer at all cost.
We were leased a car under admitted false pretence from the previous staff. The terms were then violated by the current staff as to the purchase price of the vehicle. When asked questions about this issue Tyler and other staff answered with nothing but I don't knows. Read everything and video the final agreement to keep yourself protected from cons.
Please be very careful of this dealership. They do flat out lie to you. Tyler Headdy fully admitted he was wrong and did say the wrong things after the fact. In my book that is a lie. I was paying cash for a car and I was told no need to do a credit check. But what did they do? They did a hard credit pull on me anyway for no reason at all.
