The whole place is a joke. First, they told us they found the car we wanted from another dealer and had secured it. The next day they forgot to go get it - then it sold the day after. A week later after going to a Honda salesman we got a Sorento from Chicago. When it arrived it had a small scratch. The general manager Rob who shouldn't be in customer service told us he really didn't care because he wasn't making much money off our sale.
