The best car buying experience I ever had! No pressure. No "secret meetings"with my manager". Everything up front and no games. Your staff at the Kia dealership deserves praise for their work. Never walked out of a car dealership feeling good before. Our Salesman Kenny did a great job and was very personable. The rest of the staff was great too. They worked to get us the best financing possible. Even Shayne the woman that first contacted us was wonderful. I will visit Bob Rohrman for my next vehicle!

Had to get a few recalls taken care of. They were friendly and very quick in fixing the problems.
What the hell happened to the service dept????.....very rude and disrespectful people wrkin there now....i will take my car elsewhere for repairs...like oil change, wiper blades, battery and so forth.....very unhappy with how I was treated the other day.....when ya got good workers wrkin for ya keep them...give them a raise!!!
The sales team emailed me and called me for over 3 months to come trade in my car, saying they would pay off my remaining lease payments and get me in a new car around the same payment price. I traded in my car and got a new lease and waited for my check to pay off my lease like they said they would pay for and when I got it, it was one payment short i thought no problem ill call and let them know and they should take care of it... nope and now they wont even talk to me, i have heard so many horror story's about Bob Rohrman ... read more
