They could not find a leak in a tire (tire lost 50% air in a 2 day period). Several days later, Firestone at Mall found a hole in the tire. I lost $100 due to Kia (Rohrman) charges in labor, when they didn't find hole in tire.

sales staff are not courteous... barely acted like he wanted to sell a vehicle, told the person I talked to before even going my situation and was told it would not be a wasted trip for me but it was. I will never be back or recommend.
