Very friendly staff..take time to explain prognosis
You could start by not having your finance officer lie to people!! He told us our bank wouldn’t finance the jeep we bought from you so he signed us up with Huntington bank which had higher interest and a finance charge on top of everything! Come to find out Ifcu will finance it at a lower interest rate!! Do you get a kick back by steering people to an out of town bank ? The service department does a good job most of the time. I was in there yesterday for a scheduled oil and filter change. The waiting room is quite small but they try to distance you as best they can. I requested to not have to wait over 45 minutes. I had to wait 1 1/2 hours. Plus me and another lady asked the customer service people if we could wait somewhere else. came here because they had an ad out saying they will pay off any car notes and I could get up to $4000 over my cars kbb value. they offered me less than what other dealerships offered me and still tried to give me negative equity. their whole "we will pay off your car note" was them trying to do some sort of play on words. they will pay it off but you will still get negative equity put on your new/used car. a waste of time and not true to their word.
