Been waiting to get my car fixed, I've made 4 trips with a toddler just to get We can't work on it today (after a 3 hour waiti) . I have no option as to drive in a vehicle with a wheel bearing going out they do not keep their word on even the smallest things like returning phone calls when they say they will. Customer service is POOR I would never suggest going to Bob Rohrman Kia- you want a Kia, go ANYWHERE else. Thanks guys, I appreciate you making me worry about 1 more thing this holiday season.
