Because I am a Godly person I will just simply put that business practices are less then standard @ Bob Howard. I say this as within 3 days of our purchase our transmission went out in our vehicle. Making good or simply trying to get rid of us they cut us a check for a 1/4 of the cost of replacing it. 4 months later we have engine issues which would cost thousands to fix. Sold vehicle back to dealer with check supposed to be ready by the weekend, do you think I have received that check? Nope. I pray for the people at Bob How... read more
