Walked in 10 minutes before 5 for an oil change. Got turned away because they were "busy" with no cars on the drive. I should have known better than to take my car there after the stunt they pulled last time with stripping my drain bolt and trying to stick me with the bill.

Drove 17 hours round trip to buy a vehicle here. On the test drive the truck was fine. I got a few hours towards home and noticed vibration in the wheels. Took it to the dealership when I got home and they informed me the warranty was voided because it had an aftermarket lift on it. I was told by the salesman that it was a factory lift. I was also told by the Bob Howard salesman the tires were in perfect condition before driving to OK. When I arrived, one tire was completely bald on the inside portion. Never felt pressured. He answered all of our questions. If you want to buy a vehicle go see Chance. Thanks to Heath for all his hard work to get us into our truck and thanks to the finance department. We will definitely be back.
I purchased my brand new TRD Off road Tacoma with all the options I wanted, agreed on a price, financing and everything without a single issue. All my maintenance has been done there as well as some warranty work, all with no issues. I get tired of reading bad reviews on all sorts of websites/products when I've continued to have great service. Don't let a couple squeaky wheels that leave bad reviews on everything they see throw off your car search.
I was a first time buyer that came in with my dad. Fairly good experience! Salesman was kind of clueless (he was trying to convince me the Kia I was buying was made in Japan) but enjoyed the financial department. I felt like the gentleman treated us well. They met me with my offers and was out in under 3 hours. Glad my dad was there to help with the deal because I did feel like the salesman was trying to give me the run around. Would certainly go back in the future.
