Our daughter was at Bob Howard Toyota today about a recall item. They blew her off so we went to Jim Norton on Northwest Expressway & were treated like VIP's! They fixed the problem and we were on our way. Worth the drive from Edmond. Our family will NEVER return to Bob Howard.

So far every time I've come here I've felt taken care of and I don't feel like I'm being upsold on things to do to our care. It's hard to walk into a dealership these days and feel like you can trust them, but you guys have done a great job. Whatever you're doing, keep doing it :)

Major bug report.... Serious dissatisfaction with Bob Howard Toyota in Oklahoma City. I already owned an '07 Tundra, which I love. I'll drive it until the wheels fall off. It has over 190,000 miles on it. It's been all over the country. With that in mind, the boss and I went one lovely December day in 2014 to look at cars. We each decided on a 2014 Avalon.
