I submitted an online request for information about a 2012 Highlander on a Monday night. Tuesday morning, I received emails and calls from Loy and Rebecca, which I appreciated. Loy told me that we could make a deal happen,and that they could hold the vehicle for me for 500 dollars down. All we had to do was get together on price. The last 3 times I have tried to call before "walking in" for an oil change they have said they could not fit me in AT ALL. After the first call I drove down to Fowler in Norman and they had me done in 30 mins. I am now here for my next oil change with an appointment and the scheduling service did not tell them I was waiting for my vehicle or that it needed the recall fixed. I have a low opinion of people that have no respect for other people's time especially when they call me several times to set up the appointment and the... read more

I recently purchased a 2016 Corolla from Bob Howard Toyota. My salesman's name was Minh and he made the experience wonderful. He was extremely knowledgeable and not pushy what so ever, he let me test drive the cars I liked and answered all my questions so I knew exactly what I was getting. He helped me get a great deal on my trade and I left with my new car. I was in and out in no time. Best car buying experience I have ever had and will definitely be back to Bob Howard in the future

I recently bought a vehicle from Bob Howard Toyota, but what I really want to talk about is the aftermath. Part of the deal agreement was that the dealership agreed to pay for the cost of repairing a side view mirror on the vehicle. After the purchase I had to call the dealership several times to try and schedule a day to get it fixed. Every time I got the response "You'll get a call back later". We had found previous low milage OLDER vehicles which were "diamonds in the rough". So when we found a 1996 Ford Taurus Wagon with 40K miles ... it piqued our interest. When asked if there were any dents, scratches or other damage to the vehicle, the salesman stated that there was NO VISIBLE DAMAGE and shared the accident free carfax history ... everything appeared to be just what we wete looking for.
