Bob Howard Toyota's Service Department is hands down the best service experience I've had. They were extremely helpful and friendly. It would be so much more convenient for me take my truck to Hudiburg in Midwest City, but I will continue to go out of my way to go to Bob Howard Toyota.
Suggestion: do not use this dealership; we had a very bad experience. My wife and I are looking for a car and this was the worst experience either of us have had. I have cerebral palsy and have some difficulty talking. The sales person almost completely ignored me and only talked to my wife. I get that I'm not the easiest to understand, but I am very competent; I am a scientist with two college degrees. We just purchased our second car at Bob Howard and the reason we went back was because of how good they treat their customers. Everyone from the salesman to the manager was friendly and welcoming, both times. They truly put their customers first in every aspect of that phrase. Our first time we bought a Sienna and they allowed us to take it home for the evening to try it out so we could make sure it worked for us and to make sure it fit in our garage. With 4 kids in tow and a strict budget after a very long day of looking at cars, we went home very pleased with our car buying experience with Taylor and Jeff. Looking forward to working with them next week to get the little things on our new-to-us Pilot just the way we need them.
