Easiest process I've gone through for a car purchase. The service department has previously been friendly, accommodating and timely with maintenance visits, until this last visit. Disappointing and poor customer service to say the least.

I didn't actually purchase my Tundra from them, but these dudes were super helpful and courteous in the process of getting my truck looked at for services. Very friendly staff. Aaron was who mostly helped me and was extremely hospitable. When I'm in the market for another vehicle, I'd definitely go back.

I recently bought a used truck from Bob Howard Toyota. My sales rep, Travis Pace, was super helpful with the process even taking the time to check the vehicle for any hidden damage or issues. During the negotiation stage, the sales manager Doug Barnett took the time to make the process friendly and reasonable.
