I was having transmission issues and they were able to fix everything and explained to me what was going on. Everyone was so nice and really cared that my vehicle would get fixed. I would definitely recommend them.
I bought a used 2008 Volvo XC90 V8 from Bob Howard. I delt with Kevin, from start to finish. He was very nice, easy to talk to, and very accommodating. He had someone meet me at the airport and pick me up to go to the dealership. The process was painless, in and out in no time. They would have gotten 5 stars, but the car didn't have a full tank of gas fuel, and the rear wiper was missing. Not a huge deal, but it would have been nice. I recommend them.
I loved loved LOVED working with Loy to purchase my new vehicle! He answered all my questions and wasn't pushy. I could not have had a better experience! The finance guy, though, was not a good experience. He was super pushy and condescending and tried to strong-arm me into alternate financing options I wasn't comfortable with
