I have been very pleased with my Toyota FJ cruiser and my service Representative Amy Dobbs. They have been honest and thorough in taking care of my car!!
I went here yesterday to have my warranty covered for my air bags and Amy was the person to help me. She was extremely friendly and made me feel very welcome to be bringing in my car. She estimated my car to be ready before 5 pm that same day, and it was. When I went to pick it up she even offered to wash it for me. Overall a great expierence. Would return if I look into buying a new car.
Amy did an awesome job she helped me and explained everything about my Toyota Camry. She is really approachable and has a positive demeanor that makes me want to go back for future services. Thank you Amy
Always read the manual when in doubt, and never listen to an opinion over FACT, $180 lesson that could have cost me alot more.... these guys are very understanding, no sales pressure folks that really helped us out, and was half the price of local shops that quoted me, with an even further humbling free complete diagnostics when the other places wanted to charge me 105-150 dollars for that. Always trust the professionals!! I would Recommend Bob Howard Toyota to anyone/everyone!!
Wearing the green for customer appreciation day in the service department. We were accepted an hour early for our appointment with no problem. Everyone is always friendly and willing to discuss anything with us. We checked out the showroom stock talking with different sales persons about the new colors and styles. WOW the new Camry is amazing. Almost want to buy one, but my gif Highlander has many more years to go before getting another vehicle. Love � the service here.

I waited while my car was serviced, took about 1hr and it was returned washed and ready to go. Personnel were very polite and courteous.
