Once again, I gave Bob Howard a try. I emailed them exactly what I wanted and exactly how I wanted to pay (TFS Lease). They took a day+ and came back to me and said no one from the dealer or TFS can figure out how to setup the lease I want (multiple security deposits). This is a standard setup that Toyota Credit supports. No escalation to the manager or even an attempt to contact me to actually do what I asked for. Their service department was very honest. I knew what my truck needed and did not need before I even went in there. They did not try and nickel and dime me with things I did not need.
