I went last Friday to look at a toyota Siena I found online but I didn't have my phone at first so I stopped by bob Howard toyota first(thought it was there at first), I did not remember what part of bob Howard had it and I asked about it and they told me it was sold the day before. Once my phone charged I showed them what one I was talking about and they said yes that was the one that was sold. So I bought a different van. I really enjoy the service here. Amy was my service manager. She was great! I got scheduled quickly (within 24 hours of calling) and even got a discount on my service. Make sure to use the coupons!!!!!
Good service and a big shout out to Amy who went above and beyond to make sure I get picked up on time. My phone was having issues receiving the text for the ride. Overall Amy Dobbs was great. Like really great customer service and also cares about me as a person. You go girl
Great service, great people and a very kind and professional customer service..
Very impressed with service for my RAV4 . My car wouldn't start and after getting a jump drove to BH after speaking with advisor Brittany to check it out. New battery was installed and was able to drive home. Really appreciate Brittany's spotting my problem and getting it taken care of. Thank you!
