I bought my 2017 Prius Prime at another dealership and gave them every opportunity to service the car they sold me. I just switched to Bob Howard for my service. I don’t expect a lot actually but little things like explaining to me why my car wasn’t washed (it’s cold - I get it) go a long way over telling me, like happened at the other dealer, that I’m waiting for my car because it was being washed (but wasn’t... and it wasn’t cold) makes a difference.
