Service dept has been awful since I purchased my Toyota. An employee changed all my info in the computer to some other customers info, almost giving the other person my vehicle. Next visit, the check out girl was rude because my car wasn't ready, and I hadn't called before I came. Seriously, horrible service!!
If Heaven had a car dealership, it would be Bob Howard. My car buying experience was respectful, routine services have been easy, but most importantly, the people are truly kind and sincere.

I had a not so excellent experience that was turned into an excellent experience. Couldn't be happier with my awesome 4runner. They really did do anything to make this such a great experience. We worked with David Henning and he was great. Jared in financing was great and gave us helpful information.
My husband and I had one of the best car experiences we've had in buying. We had been car searching and test driving all day and we ended with our New 17 4Runner. But it doesn't just end there, we were greeted by our Salesman Dexter, who listened to us and made what we wanted happen.
