Bought a Honda Pilot from Jeff, Used car manager, when we test drove it I noticed a engine rattle, Jeff told us that if he couldn't fix it he would buy it back, after 3 trips from Chickasha to get paint fixed, it still has the engine rattle, He said his "guy" said it was normal, I asked him if he took it to the Bob Howard Honda store, he told me that his "guy" new more than them and they charged to much, He told me to take it and drive it to see if it was ok, We drove it a couple weeks it never quit rattling so I called him ... read more
It's been almost three years since I purchased my tundra from Bob Howard Toyota. I've been in several times for routine maintenance and I'm happy to say I'm always treated with THE BEST customer service. The service department always makes sure I'm well taken care of. When we purchased our vehicle from Bob Howard Toyota, it was an easy decision based off of the experience we had with the staff. Don Nelson was our salesman and definitely did his job. If you ever need an honest, helpful, and energetic salesman, then Don Nelson is your guy! We were also able to work with Derek, Nolan, and Michael. They have a superb staff. I highly recommend this awesome dealership!

Tom Darrow was our salesman. He was extremely helpful, and I felt like he was honest. We got the car we wanted and thanks to Sean in the finance department we got our payments where they needed to be. Tom even shared his snacks with me when my blood sugar took a nosedive! We will definitely be back when my husband is ready for a new Toyota.
Excellent Service Department. Arrived on time for my appointment and 30 minutes later I was on my way home with a complimentary car wash and the 15,000 mile maintenance completed. I have always had great service here.
I found a nice truck in my priced at 39000 per the sales associate and the window decal but upon putting stuff on paper work I was told and show they had it priced at 45000 on the Internet and didn't really care that I was interested in buying right then.
Bob Howard Toyota's Service Department is hands down the best service experience I've had. They were extremely helpful and friendly. It would be so much more convenient for me take my truck to Hudiburg in Midwest City, but I will continue to go out of my way to go to Bob Howard Toyota.
