Was in used cars, talking with HB, was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Wish I could have the hours back that I spent talking with salesmen. Felt like I was lied to throughout the process just to get me to sign something, didnt really answer any legitimate questions I had; felt like I wasnt even being listened to. We just bought a car from here Saturday and were very pleased with our salesman Josh Barrett. Unlike most salesman, he was not pushy at all and worked with us to get the best deal. I am very satisfied with his professionalism and would highly recommend that you ask for him when purchasing a car!
Would be nice if my pre-owned warranty was honored just once when getting an oil change (HINT: Nothing on chevy's site suggests 38k is an expiration, it's all in 12k increments). Also, would appreciate not having to clear out the paper/plastic/hang tag out of my car that was left there by the technicians and advisors. I got to pay $50 for an oil change and got to clean my car up of trash! Yay! Eli and Sean helped me from the moment I wanted more info from the website on a vehicle. Yesterday I walked in just to look around, and I left with a brand new Trax. They communicated with me every step of the way. Made my first car buying experience amazing.
I bought a truck from bob howard Chevy and I haven't even had it for 2 months and it's having major electrical problems. Driving down I-35 and my truck shuts down putting me and my 4 year old son in danger. They sold me an unsafe vehicle. Now I can't get a hold of anyone and nobody is returning my phone calls. The service department doesn't have a clue about what they are doing. My day started this morning at 10:30 when I called for an appointment. Then it went down hill until 7pm. Don't ever go there. The worst experience that I have ever had!
