I had an awesome experience trading in my car for a new vehicle! I went car shopping without my husband so I was pretty nervous. These guys were perfect gentlemen and treated me with the utmost respect. They patiently waited for me to decide what vehicle was best for me and my family. Thanks for your hospitality and kindness!
Super nice salesman, traded my car in on a new Suburban. Paperwork signed, had car almost a week and got a call that the finance department had make a 4K mistake. Wanted us to come in and add it to the note. Got our other car back, will not do business here again. Super disappointed- I wasn't aware you needed to triple check finance work to make sure they didn't make a mistake. We will take our business somewhere else.
My hubby found a 2017 Silverado online for $40,309....before wasting anyone's time he called to make sure that price would be honored, he was told it would. Upon arrival of purchasing this truck he showed them the online ad, he was assured the price was correct. Fast forward 30 minutes and he was told that "ooops wrong price, it was really $49,000." Can you say bait and switch or false advertising??
Everything went smoothly. I had a great salesman and finance representative! I had no problems. I recommend this place!
One star is far to many for this dealership! Jaxon Rogers texted me after seeing my ad on craigslist to bring my truck in for an appraisal because they were low on used inventory. After driving over an hour to let them look at my truck they could not even give me a trade in price because we were "to far apart". My ad on craigslist had my price in the listing and everything about the truck. They mainly just wanted me to come in and give away my $30,000 dollar truck. Thanks for wasting my time!
Don't waste your time buying a certified vehicle from them. They will not stand behind when something is wrong they tell you to call GM
