I was very impressed with the service I received at Bob Howard today. The technician that completed my service printed off information to help explain what the recalls and how they will help with my car maintenance and safety. I can only speak for myself. I have been here 3 times within the last 6 months and have had nothing but great service on my 2016 Chevrolet Colorado Z71 4 x 4. Only had oil changed and tire rotation with one exception of a possible noise issue which was nothing. Very quick service. I will definitely continue coming back.
I am always hesitant to take my car to the dealership, but I wanted to have them look at my problem and give me the first quote and also double check if my warranty was still valid. I Interacted with pleasant people in the service department, but was quoted $1900 to fix the issue on my Tahoe. I Immediately left and took my car to a local body shop in Bethany, OK that my family has used for years for a second opinion, and they are fixing the issue for $500! I took my 2014 Silverado in for oil change and tire rotation. They got me in and out very quickly. I've had very good service from Jason and the service department.
They worked to get me the truck I wanted at a good price for me. Logan eckert was a great salesman and the staff was friendly.
It's always a very good and enjoyable experience with Bob Howard. ..free coffee and water clean lounge.
