Dishonest company do not give them your money or you may regret it
I find it absolutely despicable that you treat your employees terribly and when they try to ask you to fix the issue you ignore them and block them from being able to review you! What a terrible way to run a business!!! I'd you treat your employees that way I can't imagine how you you treat a customer whom you have no obligation to!!! Avoid this crooked dealership!!!

Had appointment set for 12:00 pm. Car took until 2:15 for an oil change. Not sure how this company has repeat business. I have also been to same dealer under Toyota brand with same result over several appointments...Toyota Highlander. I will not be back to either. They have had plenty of opportunities to change their ways.
