Bob Howard Chevy should take care of Mikel not only because its part of their agreement.. But because you literally cannot give people their cars back in a rigged fashion like that.. Can your service department not communicate with your parts department? Seems as if from what I've heard you guys are great at not returning phone calls while holding people's vehicles.. No resolve means no business..

This past Saturday We were driving through Oklahoma when we saw the oil life on our new Corvette was at 8%. We knew that we would be in Oklahoma City later in the day so I started calling dealers. Bob Howard was the only dealer who said they could get us in. We arrived early but Kirk wrote us up right away. Since it was customer appreciation day, we were also treated to lunch.
