Wasted my time - contacted Bob Howard last night via website about a specific vehicle on website and Craigslist. Person on chat verified the vehicle was available and set a time today for me to drive 100 miles. Vehicle wasn't there when I got there. I doubt it ever was. Wasted my time and fuel. Sales guy just had excuses about their system. Lost me as a customer now and in the future.
They are dishonest they don't return calls and they don't honor their word.
They were friendly and quick in servicing my car.

If I could give them zero stars I would. This was the worst dealership I have ever been to the salesmen continuously spoke poorly about my trade, my job, and my ideal payment. He told me he was going to get the keys to a truck for me to test drive and once he realized I was talking to another dealership wanted me to try and finance truck the "he said he didn't have."
