I’ve been going to this Dealership for 6 years. They do a Great job taking care if my vehicle.
This has been the most awful experience ever in buying our first truck. Truck has been to shop twice in less than a month and now the tires and wheels aren’t under factory warranty. We will never use this place ever
Overall all customer service has always been great! Always in and out in the service department!
Dishonest dealership that does not honor GM incentives. They boldly told me that a particular lease incentive did not exist in our zip code. A total lie - they did NOT appreciate that I had done my homework and had the numbers from GM and verified by Edmunds. Very aggressive salesmen: I came in for an appointment with a particular salesmen (who was just a few minutes from the office and I was willing to wait) and was met with an awkward onslaught of other salesmen that wanted me to step into their offices.
