I drove 5 hours to get a car there and they can't take the time to return an email with simple information. They also didn't even take the time to fill the windshield washer fluid, I can't even imagine what else they didn't do.
I left my car 3 days for them to diagnose and fix a problem with the transmission shifting hard. They didn't get to it - they were overbooked. They did do some routine maintenance after I said I was going to pick it up without anything being done. After 3 days, they finally told me that they were backed up because one of the mechanics was gone. Previously, 2 days in a row, they'd said that there were 4 cars in front of mine. I bought my car at another dealership and had a minor problem with it after having it for 3 days. The dealer I bought it from said it would be next week before they could get me in. Bob Howard got me in the next day and took less than an hour to fix it. I appreciate their excellent customer service.
I have no complaints happy with the service everyone was nice. Looking forward to taking my car there for oil changes and other mechanical issues as problems arise in all makes and models of cars. My service advisor Christain communicated and kept me informed. Thanks
