Had to schedule service for my car on 8/11. At the time of booking, and at the time of drop off I advised of the extended warranty I purchased from Bob Howard. When I picked up my vehicle, I was advised Bob Howard Service "forgot" to look into warranty coverage and were unable to look into it that day. I was advised someone would call me back Monday morning. I called back Monday afternoon and was told they were busy and someone would call me back. This time the dealership saved me a lot of money, $1900 difference than the quote from an independent mechanic shop I've been using for several years and trusted. Bob Howard fixed my A/C by replacing one part, not all the parts that deal with A/C and my technician Stormy was friendly and helpful!
