my mother had gotten 2 cars . just purchase another car wasn't there and had to wait a Couple of days to get the car. noone cared to share this with us until the car didn't arrive when they said it would. not please with them at all . so they get a 0

They are trying to resell a lemon that I was barely able to get out from under after purchasing it from them, driving one day, taking it to their shop, and then telling me it need $3,000+ work. Now they’ve re-listed the car. It’s a shame some other unsuspecting person or family will be screwed over by them to. Very very disappointed and dissatisfied.

Didn’t purchased from Bob Howard,due to their email, texting and calling. They flooded my voice mail, my email and text box. david Stanley also did the same. Recommendation respect your customers questions and when asked to remove me from their opportunity and data base do it. Also don’t add a simply cost of doing business called documentation as a profit line. I paid only $99 at Diffee as opposed to anywhere from 399 to 599 document fee. Bought me a new Z71 from them today. Eli was the salesman and Elliot in finance. I have shaky credit and the took good care of me. I couldnt be happier especially seeing a truck in the driveway and not the turd I traded in anymore.
Ronni was so patient and helpful! She really listened to what I want and delivered me the experience that I was looking for! She took great care of me!
