Professional and to the point. It’s always a great experience. They show a genuine concern for customers. And they work hard to resolve issues. If a loaner is needed, it may be a problem due to lack of vehicles but they do have a shuttle that can take and pick you up.
Had an appointment for an oil change at 12:45 I was finished and checked out by 1:20! Great service.
Usually when I go to the dealership I have a great experience, but yesterday I was there for a long time just to get an oil change. They also told me I needed brakes which was hard to believe because my truck is driving fine. I took my truck to two different places and they said I didn’t need brakes. The Cashier lady didn’t even speak. I don’t know 🤷♀️ maybe it was just an off day !
