I purchased a vehicle on March 5th 2019. My sales guy was Dakota and the manager’s name is Steve. While buying the car Dakota went to fill up the gas tank. Great right! Well, being that I don’t drive a whole lot I didn’t need anymore gas until the 14th of March. My fuel gage stated that I had a 1/4 of a tank so I knew I needed to go to the gas station soon. We are impressed with the prompt and professional service we receive from Taylor Tripp. He even brings our car up to the door. The service has always been fast and well done. They are honest and never pushy.
My wife and I drove from West Texas to come buy our new '19 Traverse here at Bob Howard, and will not buy from anywhere else expect here. Jennifer, Eli, Josh and Vince made us feel like family and not just a customer. We really appreciate the easiest buy and very thorough knowledge every person had that we met on our visit. The best customer service I’ve ever experienced. They actually help you and are honest about everything (unlike other dealerships I’ve dealt with in the past).
