Got a good deal on what I was looking for. The used car department was pretty unorganized at first, but they got their act together.
We were traveling and on Good Friday had issues with our DEF system. No other dealership would/could help. Bob Howard was willing to squeeze us in Saturday morning and get us back on the road home! They get extra kudos for working with us and the large trailer of animals we had! This is what all dealerships should be modeled after! Customer service on the phone before throughout the time of completion was amazing! Wish you were closer to home back in Texas!
