My experience yesterday was phenomenal. I have been to multiple car dealerships, and have been given awful deals that were way out of my budget. There were some who wouldn’t work with me at all. John asked me for my budget, showed me all of the cars that fit in my budget, and was very patient with me. We had a 5 star experience here at Bob Howard Chevrolet with Connor Briggs. He kept his word when driving from Tulsa to hold it for us. He was kind, helpful and not a pressure salesman at all. He worked to get us the best deal. It was an enjoyable buying experience.
This happened just not a week ago you MY HUSBAND AND I AM LIVID AND SUPER SAD .. I CALLED THE DEALERSHIP MANAGER OUT ON IT .. HE followed me.to my car.. VERY SCARY AND PUSHY... was told within 5 min of me showing up van was still there . and bait n switch to get u in there.. super sad
They're liars and cheats! They do not honor the we owes after purchasing and driving off the lot.. Kevin the sales manager looked me in the eyes lied to my face about making sure things got fixed appropriately.. They do not keep enough loaners in stock due to the amount of crappy veichecals they sale. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!
Luckie was awesome and answered all our questions that we had! He made us feel really welcomed and made it seem so easy!!
