I bought a brand new 2018 Chevy Traverse in July 2018. Six weeks after we bought the car it broke down In the middle of the intersection. The screen read low engine power and had to be powered off for about 15 minutes before it would start again. At that time, it was driveable but power was low. This has happened 6 times since we bought the car. Our car has broken down while driving down the road without any warning. Everything is super easy, I went in knowing exactly what I wanted so it was pretty fast and got what I went for. Service is always on time and pretty fast also, everyone is very nice also.
I haven’t been to Bob Howard for awhile. We live near Stillwater. However, I am impressed that you hired our grandson, Seth Arstingstall. He is a fine young man. We may just drop in one of these days.
Driven there twice to see an online vehicle after being informed it was still on the lot. Both times it had sold a week before. Salesman then blames their online service.
