I bought my car (used 2015) in June 2017, very happy with it and always took it to the service department for regular maintenance. In November 2018 I had the 60,000 mile scheduled maintenance., since then I have had it in there every week or two for one reason or another because of check engine light. The last time they had it for almost two weeks, I had it back for 8 days before the car shuddered at a stop and the check engine light came back on again. My husband David and I bought a truck here today. Our sales guy was Franklin(Frank) and he was really awesome! They worked with us to get a payment plan around to what I wanted. We didn’t feel pressured into buying something we couldn’t afford or didn’t want. The finance guy Josh was great! He was polite and easy going. Bought a 2019 Traverse today because of the "I care" attitude of Tim Branch and his team. Drove 200 miles out of my way to do business with them and I would recommend anyone in Oklahoma, give them a chance. Customer for life!
We get a card in mail to call they can help us with our next new car purchase (of course not a happy holidays card) And, the return address is a business in Kentucky so when you think you are supporting a local business think again. I call # on the note ask for the guy and get asked, "Are you wanting a Nissan?" I answer very nicely, "No, I am wanting Chevrolet." Oh let me get you down there.
