Salesman and everything were great tell financing and GM wanted to lie and bs on my trade in. And give me almost half what THEY said they would! Better business bureau and department of consumer affairs here I come. Specially since I called them out on it and they still don't want to make things right!

People always say buying a car is a pain. Well, yeah, shouldn't it be? Investing all that money is not easy to do. However, Bob Howard has bent over backwards for me from day one. They not only found a car for me, worked with me on my trade in value, they also have taken care of me maintaining my car. A+ Bob Howard.
I had a terrible experience trying to buy from Bob Howard. I was lied to and they sold the truck that i signed the contract to purchase out from under me without notifying me. They didn't return my phone calls day after day. I had already purchased insurance for the truck and had no idea they would be so dishonest. I'm thoroughly disappointed in their business practices and ethics.
Before I bought the truck they sent it out to get the seats redone the back of the seat fell off the place that redone the seats hot glued the tabs they broke. bob Howard has had my truck for two weeks. So I called for a updated just to get a run around
