I had a great buying experience at Bob Howard. Nick Peterson and my salesman, Peyton, were more than willing to help locate a vehicle I would be happy owning. Both were very patient with me; I can be quite picky. Throughout the purchase process Nick was quick to answer all of my questions and fix any issues that arose. I will definitely be buying my next car from them and will recommend this dealership to my friends and family!
I bought a new silverado 1500 from bob howard chevrolet a February 6th. Good buying experience. I've called my salesman, finance person, even the finance supervisor. I left messages for them to get back with me. I can't get a call. The finance person told me my sales tax would be included in my loan and it wasn't. I've called him since last Tuesday. I personally would no suggest Bob Howard Chevrolet used cars to anyone they ran my credit and told me I was absolutely approved for GMC I was interested in I made it a point to make sure I was able to get it before I made the 1 hour and 20 min drive next morning I went there and waited 3 hours w 3 kids then they said I couldn't get it but was able to get a 2015 Malibu for 460 a month and 72 months NO THANKS!!! AND HATE BEING LIED TO ILL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSE WHERE!!!!

I really loved the impeccable customer service I received. I've been back twice in two days and each time I was greeted with a smile. Justin Obi was excellent and upfront.
