Went in for an oil change and warranty service.. They did a computer update and FORGOT to change the oil. (Btw the oil life screen was up when I took it in, so they HAD to see it when they started the truck) left to get oil changed somewhere else. Got a call from Rick the next day asking how my visit went.. He promised me the svc manager would call me that day (wed). I called Rick back today asking when I would get a call from the mgr to get my truck in and was told he would call me by noon... well looks like I need to find ... read more
