They do not keep their word. We drove 2 hours!! We told them max payment, and they came back with a monthly payment over $300 more! What a waste of time! I would not recommend them to anyone.
Went to Bob Brady today worked with Heather Hudson. Purchased a 2017 jeep Renegade. We had fabulous customer service and we will be back in the future.
My husband called Honda service for a part we needed for my Odyssey. They weren’t interested in helping him. (He already had the part #). So the champaign dealer ordered it for us. Now we have to drive to champaign to pick up the part. So when we’re ready to buy a new Odyssey I’m sure we’ll go to champaign too!!!!

My husband and I have been to this place 4 different times. Also talk to Miranda over phone trying to get approved. It took her a week to tell us my husband wouldn't work for the loan so we asked his mother to cosign. Took them another week to run her information and almost another week to call and tell us she wouldn't work either. I'm tired of playing games with these people and will never answer the phone for them again.
Bob Brady Dodge is a fraud. Do not trust a word that Miranda say to you. As my grandmother would say someone word is your bond not here's. A big liar!!!!!!!!
